Information we collect
We may collect your name, company name, email, telephone number, and inquiry details, as well as access logs, cookies, IP address, browser information, and operational data generated through service use (which may include guest information).

Please contact contact@stay-helm.com. After we verify that you are the individual or an authorized agent, we respond without delay as required by law. There is no fee for this procedure.
Retention period
Inquiry-related information is retained only as long as necessary after handling is complete, then deleted without delay. Information that laws require us to keep — such as guest registries under the Housing Accommodation Business Act or the Inns and Hotels Act — is retained for the period those laws prescribe (for example, guest registries for three years from creation). Contract and accounting records are retained for the periods required by law.
Response to leakage
If a leakage, loss, or damage of personal data occurs, we report to the Personal Information Protection Commission and notify the affected individuals as required by law, and we investigate the cause and take measures to prevent recurrence.
